Kristina Sostarko and Jason Odd : Inaluxe prints

Run by Kristina Sostarko and Jason Odd, Inaluxe is a small art studio based a small country town in the Grampians, Australia, with a focus on fine art and design. I love their reproduction prints taken from original mixed media collages.

Our philosophy when it comes to design is simple – Make it beautiful, use the best materials possible, and be responsible and sustainable in production practice. We love to feel great about what we do, therefore we only print on the best archival fine art papers, with the best giclee reproduction print technology there is. We believe in less is more, and quality over quantity. But having lots of art never hurt anyone! As well as creating, we enjoy taking our dog Kibi for bush walks, exploring the forests, and getting to know all the amazing wildlife we are now neighbours with. We are both avid collectors when it comes to vintage objects, furniture, books, and music. We are both keen gardeners, and love landscape design, and renovating.

Above – Atlas 39 is part of a new series inspired by their love of flying and cartography.

Morning Sun is part of their Blossom range. Inspired by all things botanical, and in particular – spring.

Atlas 59 is the first of a new series of the planet from afar. One of the things they love is to fly, and there is nothing quite as abstract as the world from a plane.

Sugared Almonds is inspired by their ancient Almond Tree that was destroyed in a lightning storm.

Atmosphere is an exploration inspired by nature and the changing year. This one makes them think of summer.

Mixed Lollies, inspired by the folk art of growing up, and also very much about the ‘here and now’ as it’s a small collection of shapes from inaluxe works that span the last 5 years.

Blossom 5 is part of a series of work exploring their love of flora, and Spring – one of their favourite seasons.

Coda II – as fresh as morning dew!

The Tale of Mr Cat is inspired by their very own furry friends. To the family cats who changed their lives, and for cats & cat lovers the world over.
